Legal Considerations

Legal weddings for non-Italian citizens in Italy require specific documentation — typically an Atto Notorio (sworn declaration) from your country's embassy, plus a Nulla Osta. Civil ceremonies must be registered with the local Comune. Many international couples also choose a "symbolic ceremony" in Italy alongside a legal ceremony held at home. I can point you toward reliable local wedding planners who specialise in this.

Timing and Planning

I recommend confirming your photographer at least 12 months in advance for peak Umbrian wedding season (May–October). A video call before you book is always part of my process — I want to understand who you are, not just receive a booking form.
